Sometimes, we offer separate terms and conditions for a product, in which case these General Terms and Conditions also apply unless they conflict with the specific terms and conditions of our partners and suppliers.

THE OFFER

We will inform you about the product price, how you can use the product, and any additional fees, such as transaction fees. Additionally, we will let you know if the product is refundable. This is our promise to you!

WARNING

We take every measure to prevent fraud, but unfortunately, fraudsters are becoming more sophisticated.

We notice that fraudsters are continuously finding new ways to trick people. If you place an order with Moonycards.com, the digital product you ordered is meant for your use only.

Unfortunately, more tricks are being invented to steal your codes. Do not fall for these tricks! If you give your unique code to someone else, you will not receive a refund for the product's value, nor can we resend the code. One common trick is fraudsters responding to something you are selling. They ask you to send your package insured, claiming you need to buy a gift card from Moonycards.com. A gift card is not a legitimate payment method for insured shipping. Therefore, be vigilant about such requests, and if in doubt, contact the fraud helpdesk in your region or the local authorities! Do not engage with these fraudsters further.

THE AGREEMENT

At Moonycards.com, we ensure your purchases are made in a secure web environment built and maintained by third-party specialists. If you place an order with us, you will receive the code directly by email.

No rights can be derived from or claims made based on the content of our websites. Although we take great care in compiling our website content, certain information may become outdated or incorrect over time. We are not liable for any damage resulting from using information on our website. We disclaim all liability for damages resulting from the use of this information or information linked on our website. The data on our website may change without notice. We do not guarantee the nature or content of the information on the site and are not liable for its use or the consequences. Any liability for damage resulting from access to and use of the site is expressly rejected. We also do not guarantee the faultless and uninterrupted functioning of our website. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 5

Your right to cancel purchases and request a refund depends on the type of product you purchased from Moonycards.com. Generally, the purchase of digital products and digital content is final. This means no refund will be given unless specified by local law or our supplier of the purchased gift or game card. For all other products, your right of withdrawal expires upon receipt of the code.

If we suspect fraud, our security measures allow us to stop and refund orders in most cases. In this case, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged on the refund due to expenses incurred by us in stopping and reversing payments suspected to be fraudulent. Please note that once you have received the order, no refund can be issued.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER DURING THE REFLECTION PERIOD

Article 6

As long as we haven't sent the code to you, you can change your mind and cancel your order. You have 14 days to change your mind, or until you receive your code. The cooling-off period lasts until you receive your code or up to 14 days. The Consumer Contracts Regulations contain specific provisions for digital content. By completing the payment, the consumer acknowledges that once the download starts/the email has been sent, the right to cancel is lost.

OBLIGATIONS OF MOONYCARDS.COM IN THE EVENT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 7

Once you request to cancel your order within the cooling-off period, we will send you a confirmation and process a refund. You will receive your payment back within 3 to 5 days, depending on the payment method you used.

EXEMPTION RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Article 8

As indicated in Article 6, you cannot cancel or return the following digital content unless specified by country regulations or our suppliers. The Consumer Contracts Regulations contain specific provisions for digital content. By completing the payment, the consumer acknowledges that once the download starts/the email has been sent, the right to cancel is lost. Additionally, we cannot reclaim used codes.

THE PRICE

Refer to Article 4. All mentioned prices include VAT. Any service and transaction costs are always stated before you complete the order. This is shown in the total amount in your shopping cart at checkout.

DELIVERY AND EXECUTION

We will do our best to serve you well. If we cannot deliver a product you ordered, we will refund your money or provide a replacement code. The digital products are always sent by email.

Once we receive your payment, we will send your order directly by email. In exceptional cases, we will manually check your order. If this is the case, we strive to send your order within 24 hours during our opening hours.

PAYMENT

Article 12

When purchasing a product, the total amount must be paid in advance. You will then receive your order via email. Please let us know if there is any incorrect information in the payment details.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

Do you have a complaint? We are committed to helping you. To assist you best, please file your complaint with our Customer Support as soon as possible. Describe your problem clearly and include your order number and email address if applicable. You will receive a response within 2 business days. We will assist you immediately or inform you of the time needed to provide the most appropriate help.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Article 14

If we cannot resolve the issue, you can submit the case to the Dutch Foundation for Consumer Complaints Boards within twelve months at www.degeschillencommissie.nl/english/. We respect your decision, although it would be unfortunate.

Please note that if you submit a dispute through our payment provider, our obligations as a seller will expire. Chargebacks and disputes can then only be resolved via the payment provider. Always contact our customer service first if you have any questions or problems with your order!
